"Sam,

Sorry for the delayed reaction from me. I absolutely love our pre-wedding shoot photographs and cannot really express properly how thrilled I am with them and how lucky I feel to have you then go on to shoot our very special day.

For the girl who has has been thinking about her wedding her whole life (check with my family they will confirm) and who has luckily been with her soulmate for 12 whole years there has been quite a build up to this period of our lives...You never quite know if reality will deliver-but with you it has. The chemistry you captured was just very 'us'.

I did a lot of research into our wedding photographer and short-listed approx. 5 and met up with 2, you were the one to beat and won!! I'm even more a major fan now as anyone that can make Stephen feel comfortable in front of a camera and happy with every single shot has a skill - he's so attractive he just doesn't know it (luckily for me). He was sceptical about a pre-wedding shoot but I knew it would be useful and a moment to treasure forever. I would thoroughly recommend one to anyone as it means you can get relaxed in front of the camera and get to know you better - we had so much fun and felt so comfortable with you that the evening passed so quickly!

The pre-wedding photographs for me have really made it hit home that this is really happening and in less than 4 weeks I get to marry my best friend :) and look at my best thanks a lot to you!!"

That was the email that I received from Hayley after she had seen the photographs from the pre-wedding shoot that I did with her and Stephen at Sutton Park....it bought a tear to my eye as I truly understood just how much this day meant to her and I knew instantly that it was a going to be a day to remember. Stephen got ready at home and was photographed by the lovely Eve Dunlop, my wonderful second shooter for the day and Hayley got ready at her parents home. They got married in the really pretty church at Boldmere before heading off for their reception at the stunning Moxhull Hall, a venue I had been itching to work at for some time.

I hope that the wonderful atmosphere and sheer happiness of Hayley and Stephen's day comes across in these photos and I would like to wish Mr and Mrs Grice an amazing life together...congratulations. xxx
