Q. How would you describe your style? A. My style is informal & relaxed, the majority of the day I will capture the real essence of your day in a candid style then I also take some more traditional portraits for you aswell.
Q. How long will you be with us on the day? A. I usually aim to arrive with you 2 hours before the ceremony to photograph the bridal preparations and I'm with you through to the first dance (9pm latest).
Q. Do you take formal group portraits? A. Yes, of course. I do recommend however that we limit them to no more than 10 otherwise we miss out all of the real emotion that happens on your day.
Q. How far will you travel? A. As far as you like! I do not charge any extra for travel within the UK mainland. For destination weddings please contact me for a quotation.
Q. Are you insured? A. Yes, I hold full public liability & professional indemnity insurance.
Q. Do we have to provide you with a meal? A. For the full day collection then yes, that would be lovely, just so that I stay cheerful and don't pass out!! I take a break during your wedding breakfast and having something provided just means that I don't have to leave your wedding to find something to eat and possibly miss an important moment.
Q. How long will it take to get our pictures? A. I will usually have your online gallery ready within 6-8 weeks, this can be a little longer in peak times.
Q. Our wedding isn't until 2022/2023 what will the price be? A. My prices are frozen at the time of booking so even if my prices increase you wont pay any more. Albums & prints are charged at the time of ordering.
Q. What if you are ill? A. If I were too ill to photograph your day (& it would have to be extremely serious!) then I have a large network of colleagues so I would do my very best to find a replacement photographer for you.
Q. What if your camera breaks? A. I carry a back up of everything! I have 2 professional cameras, multiple lenses, numerous memory cards & batteries so theres no need for you to worry.
Q. Will my images be watermarked? A. No, the images you receive are full resolution & un-watermarked. Any sneak previews uploaded to the internet will carry a small watermark for copyright protection.
Q. Do you charge extra for retouching? A. Colour correction is included & all images are professionally edited. I will remove any non permanent blemishes free of charge however if you would like extra work on an image such as airbrushing, tattoo removal or a person removed (it has happened!) then this will incur an extra cost due to the time involved.
Q. Ok so we want to book...what now? A. Great, let’s chat a little more about you & your day. When you're ready to book £300 non refundable booking fee secures your date.
