Are you having speeches before or after the wedding breakfast?

Please can you confirm if the venue will be providing me with a meal? (only applicable for weddings over 6 hours)

I never insist that the venue cater for me...however please bear in mind that that I do need to take a break to eat whilst you have your wedding breakfast. If no food is provided then I will need to leave the premises to get something hot to eat. Otherwise I may pass out & miss your first dance!! I'm also Gluten free so please let me know if this causes an issue, just so that I can make alternative arrangements. Thank you.

Formal Group Photographs

Please can you list the formal group photographs that you require. I recommend no more than 10 if possible, to allow time for your couple portraits as well as candid shots. However, if you do require more then please bear in mind that these will take approx 5 minutes per group so you will need to allow extra time for this.

Please let me know if there are any special events taking place during your wedding....surprises etc or anything else that I might need to know.

Supplier Information

I'm sure you've chosen some other amazing suppliers to work with on your wedding day. I always love to send them some photographs of their work so I'd be really grateful if you could let me know their details below. For example, hair & make up artist, cake designer, florist, bridal shop, venue designer. DJ, Band etc.
